Your product needs work

  1. 01

    Your product needs work

You have a working prototype, but it doesn’t look ready. Maybe a freelancer left you with a half-finished Figma design, or your website is made off a template you’re not ready to put in front of investors.

  2. 02

So you bring in three different teams

You hire a brand designer, then a product designer, then an agency for the website. Each one does their part, but nobody owns the whole picture. By the end, your product, website, and pitch are telling three different stories.

  3. 03

    That’s the problem

When your product, website, brand, and pitch tell different stories, people notice. Investors have a harder time seeing the opportunity, early users trust you less, and the product can feel less mature than it is.

  4. 04

    Launch Stack fixes that

We design everything as one system, so every touchpoint reinforces the same story. From your brand, to your product, to a website deployed without a front-end developer.

The Launch Stack

The brand informs the product, the product informs the website, and the website tells the same story as the pitch deck.

  1. Week 1

    Blueprint: The product, figured out

    → Avoid wrong turns

We define the priorities, user flows, information architecture, and visual direction together. You leave with a blueprint for the product and fewer expensive decisions to revisit later.

  2. Week 3

    Brand Zero: Category-leader look

→ Never just another AI startup

We build the brand system, including the logo, identity, colors, and design language, then connect it to the product and website.

  3. Week 6

Product Zero: Complex AI, made intuitive

→ Make the product easy to understand

We design user-friendly agentic flows, data-rich dashboards, and conversational interfaces. You get a prototype that makes the product tangible.

  4. Week 8

Site Build: Website ready to launch

→ Go live when you’re ready

We design and build the site in your brand system, deploy it in Framer or Webflow, and shape the journey around your next step.

  5. Week 10

Deployed Prototype: A working product, not a Figma file

    → AI-accelerated, not vibe-coded

We take the designs into code, from Figma to Claude Code or Storybook, and deploy a working prototype. Your developers inherit a foundation they can build on.

  6. Week 12

Growth Kit: Everything you need to go to market

→ Launch with a consistent story

We design a pitch deck, launch materials, and campaign assets around the same brand and product narrative.

We design AI products. So does everyone now, apparently…

You’re probably asking: why Habitat? Let’s settle it.

  • Habitat vs Freelancers

    • Fast to hire, but they own one piece. You own the coordination between the brand person, the UX person, and the web person. That’s a part-time job in itself.
    • No continuity. When the freelancer disappears (and they do) the context goes with them.
    • They’ll build what you ask for, even when what you asked for is wrong.
  • Habitat vs In-house designers

    • Hiring takes 2–4 months. Your pitch is in 8 weeks.
    • One person cannot cover brand, product UX, website, design system, and pitch deck. You’ll still need vendors.
    • $80–120K salary before tools and onboarding.
  • Habitat vs AI tools

    • Fast to generate, impossible to differentiate.
    • Your prompts are only as strategic as you are (and you’re building a company, not learning design).
    • Every screen is a one-off. Nothing connects, nothing scales, nothing hands off to developers cleanly.
  • Habitat vs Other design agencies

    • They’ll spend the first 4 weeks on moodboards. Your competitors shipped a product in that time.
    • They’ve designed SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare… everything. Which means they’ve never gone deep enough on AI to actually understand it.
    • The senior designer who sold you the project won’t be the one designing it.
    • They stop at Figma. Getting from a design file to a deployed product is still your problem.

Everyone can design. Few can turn AI into something people trust

If you’re building an AI product, let’s talk about how we can make it useful, intuitive, and worth trusting.

Have questions?

  • A 30-minute conversation where we look at where your product is right now and give you an honest read on what it needs. We follow up within 48 hours with specific recommendations. If you move forward with Launch Stack, the Blueprint fee applies toward the engagement.

  • 6–12 weeks depending on scope. First delivery is in under two weeks. The Blueprint phase wraps in two weeks. By week four you have a high-fidelity prototype.

  • No. That’s what Blueprint is for. Founders come to us with everything from a fully specced product to a voice memo and a pitch deck outline. The Blueprint phase exists specifically to get the product right before anything gets designed.

  • Yes. Most engagements start with Blueprint only (two weeks of product strategy before committing to the full build). It’s a low-risk entry point and applies toward Launch Stack if you continue. A few clients also come in for Site Build only, though the output is stronger when it’s built on Brand Zero.

  • Whatever you have. A deck, a prototype, a competitor you admire, a Loom walkthrough of the product — anything that shows us where the product is and where you’re trying to take it. We’ve started engagements from less.

  • Some founders move into Design Embed. It’s an ongoing design capacity as the product scales. Some come back for specific sprints. A few have been with us since their first brand and are now on their third product iteration. There’s no obligation either way.
